Welcome to BikeTrack (the “Platform”), a web-based Business-to-Business (B2B) motor parts ordering and warehouse management system developed for BikerZone Motor Parts (“the Company”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Platform or creating an account (“Account”).

By accessing or using BikeTrack, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable policies linked herein. These Terms govern your use of BikeTrack’s features, including online ordering, inventory tracking, and warehouse operations.

Before registering, you must read and agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal and business information is collected, processed, and protected.

BikerZone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its features at any time, with or without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws. Access to certain modules or functions may be limited based on account standing, order volume, or system maintenance schedules.

BikerZone may, at its discretion, decline registration or revoke access to any user for violations of these Terms or any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. BY USING THIS PLATFORM OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY.

If you are registering on behalf of a business, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and that your organization will be bound by all account-related actions under your access.

BikerZone respects your right to privacy and adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our Privacy Policy outlines how user information is gathered, stored, and secured.

By using BikeTrack, you:

1. Consent to the collection and processing of your personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Acknowledge that data may be utilized for purposes including order management, account verification, payment processing, and delivery coordination; and
3. Agree that information entered into the Platform remains confidential and will not be shared outside BikerZone without proper authorization.

Users granted access to customer or business information must handle all data responsibly and solely for legitimate operational purposes. Unauthorized use, sharing, or exposure of such data is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

BikerZone grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the BikeTrack Platform in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property—including trademarks, system interfaces, logos, and database content—remains the property of BikerZone Motor Parts or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to use any automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from BikeTrack and to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.

To access certain features, users must create an Account by providing accurate business and personal information.

You agree to:

1. Keep your password confidential and secure;
2. Use only your own registered credentials;
3. Log out after each session;
4. Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to aabzmotorparts01@gmail.com.
5. Keep all account details up to date.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you authorized them. BikerZone is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure login credentials.

BikerZone may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Overdue or unsettled transactions;
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity; or
• Maintaining duplicate accounts under the same business entity.

In cases of serious breach or non-payment, the Company reserves the right to restrict system access or pursue formal collection and legal remedies without prior notice.

Your permission to use BikeTrack remains valid until terminated by BikerZone. The Company reserves the right to restrict or revoke access if you violate any provisions of these Terms.

Users must not engage in the following prohibited activities:

1. Uploading or sharing illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate materials;
2. Attempting unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches;
3. Altering or reverse-engineering any component of the Platform;
4. Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful software;
5. Operating multiple accounts for the same entity without approval;
6. Using the Platform for activities unrelated to legitimate business with BikerZone;
7. Misrepresenting your identity or forging transaction information; or
8. Collecting data or user information without consent.

One-Time Passwords (OTP) used during account setup or verification may experience short delays due to network or carrier issues. Please wait up to five (5) minutes before requesting a new OTP.

Deliveries may experience 1-3 business day delays depending on weather, logistics, or supply volume. The Company will make reasonable efforts to update clients regarding extended delays.

System notifications and confirmation emails may occasionally be delayed due to internet congestion or third-party server issues. Users should check spam or promotions folders if such emails are not immediately received.

BikerZone and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system errors, unauthorized account access, or delays in order fulfillment, except as required by applicable law.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” While BikerZone endeavors to ensure reliable operation, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

BikerZone reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
